Delete Temporary Files
(Delete Temporary files/folders randomly)
Okk so first lets know what temporary file /folder is ?whenever you access internet or download some software there are some unusefull files/folders which comes along that , they are known as temporary files/folders
. But these files do take memory space and if you do not delete these files then they will increase and keep increasing day by day.
By which your computer may be starting to hang or a little bit slower .
What to do to remove these temporary files
There are two methods which is i am going to discuss , the first one is quite easy and is recommended to all users but the second one is for advanced users only
First method:-(For all users)
what i prefer is
1. Go to start .
2.Then go to Run command .
3. You can also type Windows + R to open the Run command
4. Then type " %temp% " without quotes
(This opens a window which contains all the Temporary files/folder and then you can erase it neatly...
Second Method:-(Advanced Users)
(It Automatically Deletes the temporary files/folders)
1. Go to start .
2.Then go to Run command .
3. You can also type Windows + R to open the Run command
4.Then Type gpedit.msc
5.Next select -> Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services/Temporary Folder
6.Then right click "Do Not Delete Temp Folder Upon Exit"
7.Go to properties and hit disable.
Now next time Windows puts a temp file in that folder it will automatically delete it when its done!
